The pool was great and I had good drinks in the poolside bar. The rooms were neat and had a great view of mountains and the sea...

Family-friendly hotel with astonishing views as a bonus. Reasonably large and spotless room and GOOD facilities. Responsive and especially helpful personnel, comfortable bed. Exceptionally nice and peaceful location in the Nature.

The engaging animation team offered a variety of daily activities that kept our family entertained throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, we found it cumbersome to manage multiple access cards for different services instead of having a convenient all-in-one bracelet.

Nice facilities, friendly staff
Food was average, so was the state of the tennis equipment. Payment processing resulted in me paying more (in EUR), than the reservation had stated.

The only thing worse than previous visits is the food...

The amenities were great, especially for families
With young children. The kids club was a fantastic feature, awesome for parental relaxation. The rooms facing the entertainment area can be quite noisy at night, challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The service is great and the food is tasty. Very clean and well maintained property.
We did not get the room we book. They told the room we booked were all occupied and gave us something else. I did not like this move at all.

Relaxed atmosphere, pleasant room
All inclusive does tend to make it a bit of a 'gorge fest' at feeding times. Payment for everything in Euros give the impression the travellor is being taken advantage of financially.

I had a lovely time at Akka Antedon. The children's programs kept them busy, while I enjoyed the wide variety of delicious food options. The noise from nearby entertainment could be a bit distracting at times. A great family experience!

We really liked the food, but it was a bit repetative as the week progressed. The staff was good, friendly and helpful. The hotel area was very nice as well. And we had a great dinner at the restaurants A la Carte restaurant. We loved the spa center, the gym and the indoor pool.
It was unfortunate that some of the hotel staff ( at the restaurant) had a bad attitude, and it seems like they didn't like their job ( but for most of the time the staff was good and friendly). Not sure what the hotels target group is, but for us it was to many children around. Would not choose to stay at this hotel if it was for my honeymoon. Since this hotel is suppose to be a 5 star hotel, we wish that the hotel staff could be more strict about their rules that were written, for example dresscode, and some of the hotel guests attitude (being really loud and sassy). Our vacation was suppose to be a relax and resting week, and the hotel had a great game room with billiards, but we only get to play once, because a group of guests had borrowed the balls and didnt return them back to the hotel staff. They kept the balls for days. We wish that the hotel could come up with a reservation list for the balls, for maybe 2 hours each time or something.

every thing was as planed and booked, thr resort was wonderfull, the swiming pools, the staff, and the food were extremly good.the issue of concern was the air conditioning, the comfort was completly un available while sleeping. we requested a fix, but appearntly they could't fix it. we were two families and we finaly had to leave due the room air conditioning
the major complaint was the problem with the room air condition and the intial ill treatment when we decided to leave the resort earlier unless they fi x the air conition. If it was not for the excellent sevice and support we had received from Booked.net to communicate with the hotel and arrange or a modification to our long saty at the resort. i for sure will always use this agency during all my travels.

Very good for families. Ala carte restaurant was very nice. Interior design and the lobby sitting area were very enjoyable. Grounds were spacious and lots of trees. Indoor pool was warm. Exercise room, sauna and hamam all very enjoyable.
When busy the restaurant can be crowded.
